Cancellation Policy
I understand that life happens, and sometimes appointments need to be adjusted. To ensure I can accommodate all clients fairly, I have the following cancellation policy in place:
Cancellations & Reschedules:
Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 4 hours before their scheduled appointment.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows:
If an appointment is canceled within 3 hours of the scheduled time or the client does not show up, a 50% service charge will be applied.
Late Arrivals:
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and the late cancellation fee may apply.
